Terms & Conditions of Returns and Refunds:
1. Returns Eligibility:
•Returns are accepted only within 7 days of the delivery date.
•The customer must inform us about the return within this period and provide valid proof of purchase.
•Used and electrical items are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by management. In such cases, management’s decision will be final.
2. No Cash Refunds:
•We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
•In case of approved returns, customers will receive a store credit or exchange of the product, subject to the terms outlined here.
3. Defective Parts:
•If any part is found to be faulty, the part must be returned to BenzAutoHub for testing.
•Our certified technicians will assess the issue. If the part is confirmed faulty by our workshop team, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
•Customers should not attempt to install or repair faulty parts themselves, as this will void eligibility for returns or exchanges.
4. Fitment Confirmation:
•Before placing an order, the customer is required to contact us through whatsapp for confirmation that the spare part is the correct fit for their vehicle.
•Customers who do not confirm fitment with our team through whatsapp and proceed with the purchase will not be eligible for returns or refunds since we havent offered them the Guaranteed Fit Pass in cases where the part does not fit.
•Avinda BenzAutoHub offers a Guaranteed Fit Pass to customers who verify part compatibility with our team via WhatsApp this pass will be shared as a Digital ID Document via Whatsapp. This helps ensure the right product is selected, preventing potential losses due to improper fitment and offers our store responsibility if the item does not fit.
5. Payment Terms:
•Payment for all purchases must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
•Failure to comply with payment terms may result in delayed order processing, and in some cases, cancellation of the transaction.
Important Note:
•Returns or exchanges are processed only after the part has been inspected and approved by our management team.
•We take pride in ensuring that all used parts undergo a thorough inspection by our engineering team and technicians before being made available for sale. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to verify part compatibility before purchase.
•Any deviation from our standard process will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and Avinda Enterprises reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns or refunds.
